Autistic? Be part of an art thing!

The thing in question is an art journal, which will feature pictures and short profiles of autistic people and those with related conditions, to illustrate the diversity of people on the spectrum.  The very tentative working title is Faces of Autism.

It'll be part of a broader art journal project being run by made., an arts organisation in Toowoomba, and the journals will be exhibited at various events later this year.

If you'd like to take part, you can submit your info below.

You do not need to answer all the questions!  They're just intended as inspiration to help you write about yourself.  The only mandatory sections are your name, age, contact and permission to use your info.  Each person will get a double-page spread in the journal, but the pages are quite small and the space will be partially taken up with images, so there really isn't that much room.  About 100 words is probably all we need.

Privacy stuff: If you're not comfortable using your real name, you can make one up.  I won't be checking.  But for the sake of this being taken seriously, if you claim to be called "Lord Wilberforce Magnificence The Third", it'll probably get changed to something like Bob or Joe.  A photo of yourself to accompany your profile would be ideal, but if you're not comfortable sharing your likeness, I can sketch a 'portrait' or find a public domain picture that fits how you'd like to be represented.
